Musical Neighbourhoods is dedicated to creating opportunities for adults to discover the joys of music in the vibrant community of Knocknaheeny and beyond. By providing accessible music lessons and workshops, Musical Neighbourhoods is helping to break down barriers and open doors to a world of creative expression and personal growth.

Musical Neighbourhoods is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment where adults of all ages and backgrounds can come together to explore the joys of music. By offering a variety of projects such as The Song Project, the Open Jam Sessions and the Open Trad Sessions, Musical Neighbourhoods aims to connect individuals who share a common interest in music.

  • The Song Project

    Weekly writing sessions for singers, rappers, musicians & beatmakers on Mondays, 8.15 to 10pm at The Kabin Studio.

  • The Open Jam Session

    A series of jam sessions that encourage musicians, singers and rappers of all levels to get involved & enjoy tunes, tae & chats.

  • The Open Trad Session

    A series of open and inclusive traditional music sessions led by 2 professional musicians.
